Who we are.
FlashStone Media Group is built upon the collaborative efforts of our founders and partners, Stoan Bartel and Ilana Gordon.
Stoan’s immersion in web design, development, and digital media production dates back over 26 years, encompassing an extensive career dedicated to mastering these crafts and also still keeping the blades sharp, staying on top of ever-changing technologies. His wealth of experience in both web and digital business ensures that our clients receive innovative solutions that cater to the ever-changing digital landscape.
Ilana, with her extensive background in the live broadcast industry, brings a unique perspective to our team. Having been involved in the web industry for over 15 years she combines her love for both live broadcasting and web design to seamlessly infuse creativity and technical expertise into our projects, which extends to sibling company Moonmoth’s video production and photography offerings.

While Stoan and Ilana are directly involved in the production work they also guide the team, including our most recent team additions, with their industry-specific knowledge.
With regular training sessions on a dedicated learning platform, we ensure that the team is constantly learning new skills and exposed to new technologies and tools.
Support and Hosting.
To enhance our service offerings, we have also introduced SuperSupport, a dedicated hosting and technical support unit within FlashStone.
SuperSupport operates on high-performance servers, ensuring reliable hosting for our clients as well as other web designers and agencies. Additionally, our team provides comprehensive technical support for websites and digital platforms, as well as proficient content management services on a variety of CMS systems and development frameworks.

In our efforts to refine the positioning of our agency in the market, we recognized the importance of clearly defining the roles of each business unit.
